[CONTINUED] Understanding And Implementing Proper Squatting While Lifting Things

I have on purpose put it like “lifting things” and not “lifting weights” or “heavy weights”. Because the basic technique of squatting, hip hinge is permeating every human’s life. We master it from cradle but when we get older we forget it and compensate it at the expense of other muscles. If we want to reclaim what we’ve learned in early childhood, one of the shortcuts to do that is mastering a deadlift technique.

This is a sequel to this post: How To Do A Proper Deadlift. While it was more about theory and biomechanics behind a squat and a deadlift in previous post’s video, in this shot quite more practical things are explained: how to do, examples of proper techniques, what to avoid, breathing, cueing etc.
